Tim started in the Lighting industry in 1984 running a follow spot at the Spokane Civic Theater. He continued working for Spokane Civic Theater as the main board lighting operator until 1989, when he then began working as a stagehand for several different companies. He continued his education learning lighting, sound, video, and arena rigging. He started TLG Productions in 2012, which is currently known as Light the Soul.
